Own end-to-end ETL pipelines feeding ministry-level and hospital-group reporting, partner with clinical stakeholders to translate KPIs into governed semantic layers, and mentor junior developers on SQL performance and report design standards.

Designed and maintained ETL processes extracting clinical, ADT, and billing data into dimensional models; developed operational and executive reports; and supported data quality, HL7-fed integrations, and go-live reporting workstreams for major hospital implementations.

Deployed and administered Fortinet and SonicWALL firewalls, managed and unmanaged wireless access points (Fortinet, EnGenius, Cisco), Outlook/Google Apps/Office 365 email setups, and end-user support across Windows 7–10.
